I am editing footage from a Phantom 3 Pro quadcopter - 1080p 59.94. Most of the time, not always, the footage is jerky or stuttery when I play it in the source or program window. I know it's h.264 long gop and should optimally be transcoded etc. But this has recently started. Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 12.1.1.10 x64 Free Download New and latest Version for Windows. It is full offline installer standalone setup of Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 12.1.1.10 x64 Free Download for 64 Bit bit version of windows. My system should be powerful enough to play 1080p. I have a Samsung 950 NVME for program files and cache and my footage is on 2 internal drives in raid 0. Resolve plays the footage perfectly. VLC plays the individual clips perfectly. Premiere is the only program that has problems. I'd move to Resolve permanently but I use After Effects too much. Has anyone else experienced this? Know what settings I might change? Thanks Win10 64bit| ASUS X99-AII| i7 6850K @ 3.60GHz| 32GB Ram| GeForce GTX 1080| DeckLink Mini Monitor 4k. I'm having similar problems with Premiere Pro 2018 on a Dell Precision T3600, plenty of RAM and VRAM. I've changed some settings in Premiere based on some suggestions found all over the Internet, but playback performance hasn't improved at all. I can't work like this! I've tried working with different clips from several different cameras - no change. They all play back jerky in the timeline. Even the audio is jerky. All of these clips play back fine in QuickTime or VLC. Source files on a separate, physical HD, not the OS drive. Playback resolution is set to 1/2 or 1/4. Renderer is set to CUDA. Renderer is set to Software. Thomas Hanser Seattle, WA. Thanks for the reply. I might have that problem as well, don't know; my footage doesn't have audio. I thought I had cracked it by downgrading to version 12.0. Played fine yesterday. Today the stuttering is back making Premiere unusable. I found a tutorial showing how to display dropped frames.hit the wrench icon (on the bottom right of either monitor by the 'In/Out Duration') -> Show Dropped Frames Indicator. I dropped 562 frames playing the first 30-seconds of a clip. Must be a problem with my system since no one else has replied. Win10 64bit| ASUS X99-AII| i7 6850K @ 3.60GHz| 32GB Ram| GeForce GTX 1080| DeckLink Mini Monitor 4k. My issue initially resolved with changing the audio input in hardware preference. Later it came back as I was switiching between my bluetooth headset and Benq monitor audio. (My monitor audio was not working because I changed HDMI to display port cable). So there was no output from benq and I had Realtek HD audio installed, but no external speakers(used plug in earphones, worked for audio, but stuttering present), LOL. Solutions:--- 1) So whenever I use my bluetooth Bose headphone used with 'No input' selected in audio hardware preference no stuttering. 2) I updated Realtek HD driver, no more stuttering 3) Benq display audio, that was my mistake. In Benq Monitor, there is an option to select audio, I set that to Auto'(previously 'PC')'. Now there is audio (there was no stuttering issue with this audio anytime) Thanks. ![]() ![]() CC 2019 (13.0.2.38) / December 10, 2018; 19 days ago ( 2018-12-10) None CC 2018 (64-bit) Windows 7 or later 10.11 El Capitan or later CC 2019 (64-bit) version 1703 or later 10.12 Sierra or later Website Adobe Premiere Pro is a timeline-based developed by and published as part of the licensing program.
